Friday Bullets
Hello my dears! I’ve been having SEVERE internet withdrawals. I’m so behind on reading blogs that it’s kind of making me weepy! Here’s what’s been going on in the land of pink.
- If you see my dentist, please inform him that I’m not speaking to him for the duration. He was very scoldy and pokey with the sharp scrapy thingy today. Just for that? I’m going to not floss until TOMORROW. That’s right! I’m mad!
- Last night, Chanel, Sylke and I went to see Avenue Q at the Keller. OH MY GOSH. Please go see this. I’ve not laughed so hard in a long time. Bonus? They let us bring wine into the auditorium as long as it had a lid on it. So we drank little plastic cups of wine with a straw. CLASSY.
- I got my Moo Cards last night! And, they are the CUTE. I can’t wait to give you one when I hopefully meet you at BlogHer.
- Speaking of meeting fab ladies from the interwebs, did you know that I met Isabel this week? And, that we kind of look alike. Except she has the WAY better hair and skin (that’s right Isabel, I SAID IT).
- I’m putting an offer on a condo this week! EEEE!! Some photos I took of the model unit are here. They aren’t the best. But, please check out the floor. I am in love with it. Sadly, there are no photos of the kitchen as they were painting it.
- Tonight I am going to the Opening Cermonies for the Special Olympics Oregon. I am excited, I think it should be a good event. Then, tomorrow I am working our booth at Portland’s LIVESTRONG Challenge and running walking the 5K on Sunday.
- Also, I have a date tomorrow. With Kerri Anne. HEE. And, also with the boy. Let’s just say that Kerri has a much better chance of getting to second base with me than he does. Not because I don’t want him to, but because I suck at dating.
- My big surgery has been scheduled for August 11th. I need to stop telling people that I am having a boob job, because they are starting to believe me. If you’d like to sign up for a nurse shift, please let me know. Basically, you’ll be sitting on the couch with me watching bad tv and maybe giving me my pain killers. If you’re really nice, I may even share.
- I have no plans for Fourth of July. This does not bother me in the least.
