As Pretty As These Are…
Don’t you think these are prettier?
In honor of being married almost six months, (where did the time go?) I decided it was high time to unpack our wedding China. The hutch was my Grandmother’s and I’m so excited to finally have a home where it can be enjoyed (it was in the guest bedroom of my apartment). It’s my most favorite piece of furniture.

We didn’t get a single dish of our formal china for our wedding! So we settled on just having one set, a casual set that could also pass as formal, and not worry about it. While I also have a hutch (filled with travel stuff), I would never put my china in it with the ever-present threat of an earthquake in San Francisco, so it would probably never be seen or used anyway!
(LOVE the boxes. I’d have a hard time throwing those out.)
