Delightful Holiday Cards from Shutterfly (and a Giveaway!)
Disclaimer: Shutterfly gave me free cards and shipping in exchange for writing this post, but my thoughts are my own.
As you know, we’re expecting a baby ANY DAY NOW, and I’m over here trying not to go stir crazy while I wait for this child to make his or her debut. One of the things I have been busy doing is figuring out what we’re going to do by way of holiday cards this year. I think rather than send out both birth announcements and Christmas cards, that we’ll do a combined card. So, I’ve been super interested in all the cute holiday cards that Shutterfly has this year.
Here are some the cards I’m considering…

Decisions, decisions! This year, I’m also planning on making photo books for Baby on Board’s grandparents with photos from his or her first few weeks. We did these last year with our wedding pictures and they were a huge hit. Now if only this child would hurry up so I can get started on these cards and books!

I’ll enter, even though I already plan to win the weight/birth date post. Love ya mean it.

We did baby announcements last year instead of Christmas cards, but this year we need to get a family picture taken! I know your baby’s just waiting to share a birthday with mine :)

I adore Shutterfly Holiday Cards.

I’m especially fond of that last card! Maybe the baby is planning to be super cool and have an 11/11/11 birthday?
10. November - 8:20 amI’m currently obsessing over holiday cards and photo books. I have the photo book ready to go, I just need to find the best deal out there and get them printed. I’ve used Shutterfly in the past (our 2008 trip to Europe and Babboo’s second year books) and was happy with how they turned out.

I love all three cards you have picked, but the second one stands out to me.

We used shutterfly last year and were pretty happy with the result. And I really like your idea to combine christmas cards and birth announcements. Much more efficient!
10. November - 9:26 amMy baby was born at the end of September and in my newborn haze, i didn’t get around to sending birth announcements so i’ll be doing a combo Christmas card too – saves us lots of money I guess. Thanks for the giveaway!
10. November - 9:39 amI’m partial to the first choice as I think it’s more annouciday-ish (baby announcement + holiday announcement). But whatever you choose, it will be darling.
10. November - 10:12 amAlso, I would one of those codes to order New Year’s announcements. So pick me, pretty please.

Cute! I love that first one!

I love the Shutterfly cards! Remember when you choose one, it will be the baby’s birth announcement… maybe you could find a more generic card that would allow you to do both a holiday message and the announcement too. Of the three you’ve picked, I like #3 best.
13. November - 6:35 amOf your choices I like card #1 best.
I would love to win free cards. My son was just born on November 3, 2011 and I want to order Christmas cards. Shutterfly is great.
14. November - 12:35 amI need cards :)
14. November - 3:00 amBut I’m so amused at this post because you were so impatient for the baby to come. I think your subconscious knew something.
